Rento Pro, a cloud-based platform specializing in car rental company management, is committed to safeguarding user privacy and ensuring the security of personal data. This policy has been prepared in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDPL).

Complete isolation of each company's database (Database-per-Tenant architecture)
Restricted access limited to authorized personnel only

Round-the-clock monitoring systems to detect potential threats

We acknowledge that no technical system can guarantee absolute 100% protection.

We collect and process the following categories of data:

Identity Data: Name, address, phone numbers, email address
Financial Data: Billing information and payment methods used
Operational Data: Contract records, vehicle information, and customer data entered on the platform
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, session duration
Communication Records: Interactions with our technical support team

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

Access: Obtain a complete copy of your data held by us
Rectification: Update or correct any inaccurate information
Erasure: Request deletion of your data within the applicable legal framework
Objection: Refuse specific types of data processing
Portability: Receive your data in a transferable digital format
Withdrawal: Revoke your consent to processing at any time

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Sharing is limited to:

Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting companies for server operations
Payment Service Providers: Approved banks and payment gateways for transaction processing
Government Authorities: Upon receipt of a lawful request through established legal procedures
Mergers & Acquisitions: In the event of a company ownership transfer, with prior notification to you

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external service providers.

Platform data is hosted on secure servers within the United Arab Emirates. Should any data transfer outside the country be necessary, it will be conducted in accordance with the safeguards stipulated in Article (22) of the Data Protection Law.

Account Data: Throughout the active subscription period and one year after cancellation
Financial Records: 5 years as required by UAE commercial law
Technical Logs: 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes

Our services are designed for commercial enterprises and adults (18 years and above). We do not intentionally collect data from minors.

Platform services are provided under the agreed terms of use. We shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages resulting from service use or unavailability
Data loss caused by user misuse
Security breaches resulting from user negligence in protecting login credentials
Damages arising from force majeure events
